Meet Jana Adams, Retention Specialist of The Elder Agency!

Born in Lubbock and raised in Amarillo, Jana retired after a 36-year career with Farmers Insurance and moved to Bedford in 2023 to be closer to her daughter and two grandsons. She now brings her experience and passion for helping others to The Elder Agency, where she enjoys supporting clients with personalized care.

She and her Cavachon have quickly embraced their new community, and she now serves on the Board of Directors for her HOA. A music enthusiast, she loves attending concerts around the DFW area. One of her most memorable life moments was traveling to Bulgaria in 2009 to meet extended family in her grandfather’s hometown—an especially meaningful trip, as her grandmother and great-grandparents once held tickets for the Titanic but missed the voyage due to unforeseen circumstances.​
